Daily Training and Activities
The first training session, which was a great success, included a rich program of activities and topics, designed to combine theory with practice. Specifically:
Presentation of the Business Model of the Future: Participants had the opportunity to explore the new business model STEROPAL is preparing, one that is based on innovation, technology, and outward growth.
Training at Corpus: Following that, attendees were introduced to Corpus Online, a tool that offers new capabilities in production planning and management.
Lunch break: A chance to relax and network, where partners exchanged ideas and experiences in a more informal setting.
Designing a Real Project at Corpus: In the next phase, participants worked on real projects using the new Corpus Online system, developing solutions for real-life scenarios.
