The new year kicked off dynamically at STEROPAL with an event that had it all: positive energy, great moments, and of course, a few surprises! This year’s traditional Vasilopita cutting came with unexpected twists — starting with a change of venue that gave the evening a fresh new vibe.

Recognition and Honoring Dedication
In a moving moment of the evening, honorary awards were presented to colleagues who have dedicated over 40, 20, 10, and 5 years to the company, celebrating their consistency, dedication, and passion. It was an opportunity to express our appreciation to those who contribute daily to STEROPAL’s growth and to highlight the importance of steady effort and teamwork. These distinctions represent a small token of gratitude for their significant contribution, reinforcing the spirit of “togetherness” that drives us forward.

This year, for the first time, employees had the opportunity to share the evening with a loved one. This new addition brought even more warmth to the event, strengthening the sense of community and making the moment even more special.
The Cutting of the Vasilopita
The coin hidden in the Vasilopita was one of the most anticipated moments of the evening. This year, there were three coins: one for the various departments of STEROPAL, one for the employees, and one for our guests. The lucky winners received smiles and warm wishes, while the cutting ceremony itself strengthened the sense of community and shared celebration among everyone present.
