The multi-layered construction and resins used make decorative laminates produce an abrasion, impact and scratch resistant material for horizontal surfaces, as well as for curved or rounded elements. MED-certified laminates are available for use in ship interior design.

Colour and character

The U540 Denim Blue is a grey-blue shade with a very muted colour character that can be used in furniture design to create fluid combinations with naturally modern woodgrains with grey content. A cool lightness in design is created in combination with white and light woodgrains. However, it also works well in blue-grey colour gradations. The ST9 Smoothtouch Matt surface texture gives the decor a natural matt feel.
